Pole Fitness offers a unique core and upper body workout for all shapes and sizes because the pole allows you to use your body weight as your own resistance. Everyone gets a unique workout designed specifically for them.
Our Zumba is a latin cardio workout. We dance none stop for an hour. Its a fun way to get the cardio workout that your body needs to burn those extra calories. “Ditch the workout and Join the Party!”
$180/ Pole & Zumba Package:
Register now for a 6 week session of Pole and Zumba. Take Pole once a week to get your core and upper body workout and Take Zumba up to 3 times a week for your cardio. Our Pole & Zumba package is a fun way to keep those extra holiday pounds off. Workout 4 day’s a week for 6 weeks for only $180!!!
Register Online by Clicking on the “sign up” page picking the classes you want to register for. Pay the first day of Class.
Tuesday’s @ 6:30, Thursday’s @ 6:30, and Saturday’s @11:00.
